I was wondering the same thing, it is NOT the largest, I also know of another 320g= stone that has been recovered. Kilgore must not follow the list much or he would know his is not the largest, and if he doesnt follow, how would he know that another larger piece be found. A kilo stone could have been recovered and he would most likely not know about it unless he has been getting first hand knowledge from hunters in the field or following the list.

Wasn't Joe's stone 332 grams? / Wouldn't his be considered the largest yet?

Is the press estimating the actual weight of Marvin's and in reality
its more than 300g?

Another article was posted recently that made the same statement.

I'm just wondering and curious if I'm the only person that noticed
this. Maybe I'm mis-informed or missing something?
