Hello List

This is also is not legal advice...
There's protection and there's no protection under the DMCA, (Digital
Millennium Copyright Act of 1998)
It criminalizes production and dissemination of technology, devices, or
services intended to circumvent measures that control access to copyrighted
works.

But there is a fair use provision of section 106 106A, and 107, the fair use
of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or
phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes
such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple
copies for classroom use)

So any photo or video you post to the web, can be used for news reporting
and teaching/education, and is not protected by copyright.

My best to all
