I don't have strong views on 'outing' people on this list - although I
would certainly aim for private resolution first, as it seems like
Michael and Darryl already have done.

One question I do have (and excuse me if it sounds naive) - are these
individuals people who you've known for some time, and have suddenly
gone bad (in which case yeah - we've all met them)? If not, why send
the goods without receiving payment first? I know this is a
trust-based hobby, but...?
