While I do agree with this statement:

"a fragmental breccia, probably L4-6"

especially the L4-6 range, ...

.. I don't agree with that statement:

"I think it should be noted as an L5".

One of my NWA 869 endpieces (weighs 110.1 grams) from Dean clearly
shows L3 (maybe L3.8 or even lower) or L4 fragments set in a much
more highly metamorphosed host matrix (L5 or L6). This incorporated
(xenolithic?) fragment has crisp, sharply delineated chondrules almost
"wall to wall" with hardly any matrix material between the chondrules.

I've just taken a quick digital shot but can't post pics. If anyone is
interested in seeing this chondrule-rich "inset" (it is really worth a
look!) maybe someone would be willing to upload this picture on his/her
website for others to look at.
