Hello Mark and List,

I am not arguing that all of these fragments may be paired and I am not
saying that they did not all come from the same strewnfield. Read my emails
more carefully. My problem with others using the NWA 1110 designation is
that this number was reserved by us to cover an additional 118 grams (not a
single gram more) and that this in the books, is official and final (no more
can be added because it is a pairing). Every crumb officially and legally
claimed to be NWA 1110 has been imaged, was authenticated by a scientist and
submitted to the NomCom for approval. These other pieces being claimed
under NWA 1110 have not been authenticated. I would say this makes them
different. I assure you Mark this is no act, using proprietary data is
nothing short of infringement. What is to stop a crooked or uninformed
person from selling terrestrial pebbles as NWA 1110 if there are no
standards? What if somebody published your cartoons without first getting
your permission? What if they drew a lousy cartoon and claimed you drew it?
Using an air abrasion tool to clean up Zag does not make it Amgala.
