As it is, this just looks like chondrule loss due to weathering. The side with the most holes could well indicate the prevailing wind direction where it sat. Cool-looking stone, though, and possibly a rather picturesque example of terrestrial alteration. Now here's some speculation - if you have a meteorite with armored chondrites and leave it out to weather, won't the metal rust away first, let the chondrules drop out, and leave holes in the rock much like those pictured here?
