If you'll notice, Al had placed a smiley at the end of his question, indicating
he was joking.
 
This topic came up some years ago on this list. The meteorite had left
Canada by natural means well before the Canadian Cultural/Hertige Act was
passed (actually, the meteorite had left Canada well before Canada was
even in existence), so the Act doesn't apply.
