Over 600 miles in my GMC truck WITHIN the strewnfield and
what feels like at least that many more miles on foot and bicycle produced
the following Park Forest meteorites.

Steve A. (IMB) and I spent from early morning to after dark (searching by
streetlamps) for many days looking for meteorites.
I have kept a map and notes that show where each of my 30 meteorites were
found (for documentation). Geoff Notkin joined us a little later and
documented the hunt and found many meteorites himself. Steve is still there
so far as I know.

The hunting was difficult at times and very time consuming but worth every
minute. It was as much fun finding my 30th as it was my 1st.

Honestly, we just got lucky as we found the trail of smaller meteorites that
led to Park Forest and the house smashers.

Best regards to everyone that showed up to buy or hunt Park Forest
meteorites. I enjoyed seeing each of you and being a part of this Great
American Meteorite Fall.
