Once again, I mean no disrespect to you or anyone else Michael but I
disagree.
What unscrupulous individuals? The ones you're worried about reading this.
You talked about how announcing that you'd be walking down the street in a
bad part of town with a large amount of money in your pocket as being the
same as talking about how to defraud people with relocated NWA's. Going
with your example of someone being held up (and trust me, I know its not a
fun thing as its happened to me twice) I would rather have a discussion not
only about how one could be volnerable and be taken of their possessions but
also how to prevent such a thing. Talking about such a thing may mean that
someone could read it and know to go after the little old ladies who can't
put up as much as a fight but it would also mean that the little old ladies
know that they're an easier mark and could start carrying pepper spray.
Going back to my previous post on this subject, people are greedy. It
doesn't matter if we talk about something like this or not as long as
someone wants that cash they would figure out a way to get it with or
without us "telling them how to do it." That is why I believe an open forum
for such a thing to stay one step ahead of them.

Hi Rhett & all,
        I have only one question: WHAT "unscrupulous individuals out there?" I
HAVE NOT SEEN THEM. WHERE ARE THEY?
        However, I am sure that if details of HOW to defraud are continuously
bandied about SOMEONE will take the bait and give
it a go. I think that would be unfortunate. I also am convinced it
would be a classic illustration of the self fulfilling prophecy.
        On the other hand - I have expressed my opinon on this twice,
now, and will not further press the issue.
