Hi Steve and List,
Here is what I've got - it isn't much but perhaps it can help put you on
the right track:
Washougal:
One stone, the size of a tennis ball, was found in NW. 1/4, sect. 8,
township 1 N., range 4 E. Brief description, J.H. Pruett, Pop. Astron.,
Northfield, Minnesota, 1939, 47, p.500. The mass of the stone was 225g,
popular account of the fall, F.C. Leonard, Griffith Observer, 1940, 4,
p.98 (M.A. 8-61). The place of find is given as the NE. corner of sect.
8, not the NW, A.D. Nininger, Pop. Astron., Northfield, Minnesota, 1940,
48, p.557, Contr.Soc.Res.Met., 2, p.227 (M.A. 8-54). Description of
polymict nature, 14.22 % total iron, D.Y. Jérome and M. Christophe
Michel-Lévy, Meteoritics, 1972, 7, p.449. Fission track age, E.A. Carver
and E. Anders, GCA, 1976, 40, p.467.
Main mass Eugene, Univ.of Oregon 8.1g, Tempe, Arizona State Univ., BM
London, 17g (and powder, 1g).
TREIMAN A.H. (1993) An improbable concentration of basaltic meteorite
falls (HED and MES) in the mid-20th century (Meteoritics 28-2, 1993,
246-252).
Allan Treiman, in the above article, mentions Washougal. Perhaps he
knows a little more about its whereabouts:

Withrow:
A mass of 19.25lb with well preserved ablation surface was found 1 mile
west of Withrow. Illustrated description, W.F. Read et al., Meteoritics,
1967, 3, p.219, 231. Classification, V.F. Buchwald, Iron Meteorites,
Univ. of California, 1975, p.1326.
Main mass 19.25 lb. 8.7kg, Waterville Mus.Washington.
Best wishes,
Bernd
