I asked the same question recently. David Weir replied to me with an

Jim,
In the journal Meteoritics Vol. 30, Nov 1995, pg 711, there is a table
showing the breakdown between the thermoluminescence sensitivity value
and the petrologic type 3 broken down into tenths as follows:
3.0 <0.017
3.1 0.017-0.030
3.2 0.030-0.054
3.3 0.054-0.10
3.4 0.10-0.17
3.5 0.17-0.30
3.6 0.30-0.54
3.7 0.54-1.00
3.8 1.0-1.7
3.9 >1.7
Other parameters are used additionally such as Mean Fa, %C, and %water
among others. Hope this helps.
David
