Hi everyone,
I have a question concerning the definition of chondrite classes.
I understood the definition of L3, L4, L5 etc., but what about the
L3.4, L3.8 etc. (same for H and LL). What does the '.8' stand for?
Is there a definition of these sub-classes?
Is a L3.4 chondrite equivalent to a L3-4?
Trond
