[meteorite-list] Missing witnessed falls.

Katol and Guadalajara are being worked on (my meteorites). Katol very odd and complicated. Guadalajara just waiting on me to finish up my report.
Oslo and Drevail are strange because scientists in those countries took over especially in France. Since they demanded all data and ran the stew field perhaps they could finish.
