I totally agree! This comes up all the time...that meteorites are so under valued. The cost of travel and living expense often exceeds what value is placed on stones. I broke near even on my first trip to Lotus based on my sales...partly thanks to mike. Lost my arse on second trip. So, overall, the loss has to be made up somewhere! Very tough to show a real profit, no matter what business plan i've dreamed up without an additional source of income.
