It appears that there are three codes that will all honestly reflect the shipment.

Brian's code, 7103.10.00.00 is reasonable, your find of

Collections and collectors' pieces of zoological, botanical, mineralogical, anatomical, historical, archaeological, palaeontological, ethnographic or numismatic interest:
9705.00.0060

But I don't think your second find works.

This one is probably better:

Mineral substances not elsewhere specified or included: Other
2530.90.8060

My guess is 9705.00.0060 is the most accurate one to choose but any of the three should be acceptable.
