I'm talking about self published "print on demand" books by companies like Blurb, Lulu, CafePress, U-Print, Kodak, Apple (which is Kodak), etc. I'm not asking about large runs of catalogs from institutions or major dealers, but instead I am asking if anyone has made a single book copy of their personal collection as the hard copy of their database.
