No way. The sample in the photo I saw is far too weathered to be fresh, and to hit him in the chest? Nope. I don't think there is any truth to it. Surely, even from a bounce it would have left some kind of mark. Think about the old lady who was indirectly hit - that was after it went through the roof also.
