[meteorite-list] Maybe a Mexican Carancas?

There's no new news on it other than to thought it was a Russian spy satellite crashing to Earth, and then another report supposedly ruled that out. Other reports are saying it never happened and there's no seismic data suggesting an event of this magnitude. Any ideas, news?
