I would say it does not represent any of the recent NWA falls. I would send it in to have it classified, and request the classifying scientist to have the terrestrial age dating performed by an approved lab. Obviously it will not get a distinct name without witnesses and GPS coords, but I think that it would be worth classifying. Good luck with it!
