Hi all -

Simply go down into the crater and wade through the
"water", (considering the sewage, in hip boots or a
skin divers suit) carrying an underwater metal
detector.

If a main mass or multiple large fragments are buried
underneat, they should show up. THEN drasin the
crater, photograph it, and excavate as large an area
by hand as necessary. If there is a main mass, get a
truck and use tow ropes to pull it out.

If so, then move it down to some building at the lake
where tourists would actually see it.

IMO, You guys are overestimating the long term tourist
interest in this crater. While you'd like to visit,
that is not that many people altogether.
