The "meteorite" appears to have been manufactured with a acetylene torch or forge and a sledge hammer or press. The "mass" has an unusual cross-section for a real iron meteorite and the thumbprinting looks like hammer or press marks. Good job Ken in pointing out this suspect "meteorite".
