Perhaps he is trying to either impress someone, or pull the wool over
someone's eyes by making them think he is a multi-millionaire big time
businessman.

Thanks Mike. Then I understand better that his cost won't be much but still
I wonder wheter this "seller" can expect selling such a doubtful item at
such a price! What can he try to get from such an auction on ebay?....
