It won?t work, it simply won?t work! Collectors are individuals, some shy, some loud, some like to hide in the dark, some prefer to stand in the light, some like handwritten labels, some like typed labels, some like it hot, some like it cold etc etc... You know what I mean? You won?t find a consensus, we are as different collector types as there are different meteorites to collect on Earth.

And - after all - it is fun, it is a hobby, it is not comparable to selling cars where the seller/buyer have to do their paperwork, and register with the local offices for a new license plate!

Rest assured: the CAREFUL collector will always handle his/her goodies to the best of his/her knowledge, taking care for all relevant info on his specimens, and of course let a potential buyer have all the necessary facts, when a specimen moves. But he will do it his/her way.

[PS: I do it my way.] :-)
