If receiving feedback is so important to you, why don't you simply send the seller an email BEFORE bidding and inquire as to whether or not he (she) promptly leaves feedback? If you browse around Ebay, you will notice that several dealers actually mention in their descriptions that they leave feedback. Deal with these folks and forget about the non-feedbackers.
