Hi Bernd, Matteo and All,

Vigarano is one of my favorite pieces. For a picture possibly showing
one of the dark regions Bernd mentions, have a look at the slice in my
recent Accretion Desk article. I got my 61g slice, complete with
Vienna Museum specimen number from Bob Haag. If you look at the pic,
the DI (?) appears just off of center at the 7 O'clock position.

I don't see the parallel banding that Bernd also mentions. Am I
missing it, or is it absent.

Also, if you contrast the Vigarano with the Nogoya (CM2) (scroll
further down the page), there are giant black voids. Maybe this is
where NASA should be looking for Dark Matter.
