[meteorite-list] AD & New MeteoriteTimes Feature

Hello Everyone!

We have new features on MeteoriteClassifieds.com and in the upcoming
MeteoriteTimes for December.

1. you can now have up to 3 pictures on each Ad. - See "NAKHLA from Cairo"
ad with 2 images.

2. Jason and Matt each have an item in the "Reverse Auction" category

Reverse Auction Rules:
---------------------------------
1. Start bidding lower than listed price or buy item now at list.
2. Bidder must honor submitted bid for 72 hours.
3. If bid rejected, Seller to notify bidder as soon as possible.
4. Bidder may submit new bids at increment of at least 5% of list price.
Example, List = $100, 5%=$5, rejected bid was $75, new bid at least $80.
5. Seller to close auction ad when bid accepted.
6. If Seller to be away from email more than 48 hours, must put "On-Hold ?
Returning __/__/__" in ad description.


MeteoriteTimes News

A new feature will be incorporated into MeteoriteTimes starting in
December. For years Jim and I have tried to keep up lists of links.
These lists have always been a manual process which limited their
usefulness and they always contain outdated links. On the page
below is our new "Meteorite Directory". This directory is in a database
format which automates the process and has the advantage
of being fully searchable.

This is a free and open meteorite directory. Everyone is invited to add
their own meteorite pages as well as interesting meteorite
related pages you'd like to share with others. Just click down into the
section your page belongs and look for the "Add Link" option
on the menu bar. If everyone adds a few of their favorite Meteorite
places on the net, this will be a very nice resource of information
for everyone. If you don't find the right category for you please e-mail me.
