I have been an active = amateur astronomer for >50 years and am very much at home when I visit the = American Southwest. I have been to meteor crater many times. I am looking to buy a piece of the meteorite that made meteor crater. = I know that good sized pieces are expensive. I am wondering if through = contacting=20 someone in the group I might be able to make your members aware of my = interest. Perhaps someone of them might have a piece that they would be willing to sell. I am well aware that small pieces are widely available on eBay and other = sites on the internet.
