Hi,

I am trying to compile a list of serious UK meteorite
Collectors/collections (that is keen collectors with more than say 10
meteorites)

That is collectors that live in England, N.Ireland, Wales, Scotland, but
also Southern Ireland).

The purpose of this list is to get an idea of how big the UK collector
scene is, with a view to maybe setting up some sort of club or at least
a way of contacting fellow enthusiasts to organize searches in the event
of a fall etc.

Anyone that collects and lives in the UK or Ireland or knows who anyone
off list who does, I would be interested to know roughly where you are,
roughly how big your collection is, how long you've been collecting for.

I am of course conscious of people's privacy & security so I don't
necessarily need your postal address (unless you wish to supply it), it
will be kept confidential (and please only send information to me
OFF-LIST)

I already know of Dave Harris, Jim Brady, Rob Elliot, all list members,
and there are a few UK collectors that seem to sell on eBay.

Any info on this would be appreciated. And I will of course report back
to the list with an idea of how many UK collectors I find).
