I'll repeat what I just wrote:

"And we have taken care of a few "errant persons". But we work privately, one
on one. We do not air dirty laundry in public.
And Ken-Magellon has been very succesful at convincing "errant" sellers on
Ebay of their errors. However, before we can do anything at all, we must have
facts, rumors and ear-say won't do. And that has been the most difficult part in
most cases."
