NWA 1110 consists of several fragments weighing 118 grams, all of which were looked at by a planetary scientists (Dr. Irving)and confirmed to be authentic. NWA 1110 is paired to NWA 1068( 654 grams) and NWA 1775(25 grams). As far as I know no other designations have been made official at this point and type specimens have not been deposited for testing so take your chances. If it is not pictured here it is not NWA 1110: http://www2.jpl.nasa.gov/snc/nwa1110.html Wishing everybody the best, ------------------------------------ Adam Hupe The Hupe Collection Team LunarRock IMCA 2185 raremeteorites_at_comcast.net Received on Mon 09 Aug 2004 03:14:01 PM PDT |
