Maybe I still had my hackles up about your PF story. I've never met you so I realize I have no right to pick at a few off color remarks or make my own. Based on my few simple dealings with you, I do know that you deliver a great product and provide superior customer service. I assure everyone here that I will dwell on the positive in the future.
