Hello to all our friends !

Facing problems to send this e-mail, you may receive it twice : sorry =
about that.

Here are new samples of the meteorites that we have found in the Sahara =
Desert. Most of those slabs are finely polished on both side. We offer a =
special price to List Members.

We also propose a nice piece of Libyan Glass, and a wonderful Fulgurite.

Here is hereunder the link to the page of our web site showing our items =

This meteorite was fractured and we found seven small fragments within a =
narrow area. This is again a very fresh meteorite with a fair coloured =
matrix and beautiful chondrules and metal flakes. Highly shocked (S5-6), =
shock veins are visible even on the surface before cutting slabs.

and lots of metal flakes(40x22x3mm)
Euro 60.00.........List Members' price : Euro 48.00

ACFER 336 : L3.8 (W3 - S3) - TKW 19.4kg
Our second biggest find to be classified. Type 3 non equilibrated =
chondrite.Slabs usually show nice chondrules and sometimes big metal =
flakes.
- Acfer 336 - 3.1g : both-side polished, nice thin chondrules and metal =
flakes (45x15x2mm)
Euro 15.00........List Members' price : Euro 12.00

sides (30x25x2mm)
Euro 15.00........List Members' price : Euro 12.00
- Acfer 336 - 8.4g : one-side polished, huge metal flake surrounding a =
nice chondrule (40x33x3mm)
Euro 30.00........List Members' price : Euro 28.00

ACFER 337 : L3.8 (W1) - TKW 360g
Sharply defined chondrules and fine metal flakes are visible on cut =
sections.
- Acfer 337 - 6.7g : both-side polished slab showing beautiful =
chondrules (45x27x2mm)
Euro 40.00.......List Members' price : Euro 35.00

ACFER 339 : H5 (W0) - TKW 400g
Slabs show a fair grey coloured matrix and many metal flakes.
- Acfer 339 - 5.0g : one-side polished slab ; nice chondrules and very =
light weathering (28x25x3mm)
Euro 25.00.......List Members' price : Euro 20.00

TANEZROUFT 059 - L5 (W1 - S5-6) - TKW 156.4g
We found two fragments near each other totalling 156.4g. Chondrules are =
visible at some crust-free areas, as well as many shock veins crossing =
each other. Cut sections show both sharply defined chondrules and some =
other much more re-crystallized.
- Tanezrouft 059 - 5.5g : one-side polished, very representative with 1 =
big chondrule (25x25x3mm)
Euro 44.00.........List Members' price : Euro 36.00

TANEZROUFT 060 - LL4 (W3 - S5) - TKW 3.650kg
The day we found this magnificent meteorite, we understood immediately =
that we had something special, partially nicely fusion crusted. Slabs =
show huge chondrules, some of them highly fractured from the collision =
between parent bodies, within a very porous matrix and almost no metal =
flakes.
- Tanezrouft 060 - 27.9g : one-side polished, huge fractured chondrules =
and fusion crust (55x30x7mm)
Euro 220.00......List Members' price : Euro 180.00

TANEZROUFT 061 - L3.9 (W0) - TKW 65g
You should catch this opportunity to acquire a slab of this tiny very =
fresh and nearly equilibrated L3.9 weighing 65g only ! Slabs show really =
beautiful chondrules and thin metal flakes in a very fresh matrix.
- Tanezrouft 061 - 5.0g : both-side polished, with gorgeous chondrules, =
this slab is fantastic (28x21x2to3mm)
Euro 30.00.....List Members' price : Euro 26.00
- Tanezrouft 061 - 5.9g : both side polished, various colours in the =
matrix + fine chondrules (30x26x2mm)
Euro 35.00.....List Members' price : Euro 31.00

TANEZRPOUFT 057 - C4 an (W3) - TKW 5.4kg
When we found Tan057, we gave her "Naomie" as a nickname for its great =
beauty. Slabs are showing lots of huge dark inclusions and enormous =
CAIs, as well as various clasts. The overall characteristics of this =
meteorite are consistent with a CK-4 classification. However, the =
abundance of CAIs and of fine grained dark inclusions is anomalous for a =
CK, and suggests affinities with the CV oxidized subgroup.
- Tanezrouft 057 - 3.5g : both-side polished, 1 huge CAI + smaller ones =
with nice chondrules (29x24x2mm)
Euro 420.00....List Members' price : Euro 350.00

ACFER 331 - CM2 (W0) - TKW 750g
We found this great CM2 splat in several fragments during our first =
expedition, which is the only one ever found in Algeria. Cut sections =
show an abundant matrix and chondrules that display large fine-grained =
rims ; metal is virtually absent, except for small grains inside =
chondrules. Fragments are soft, porous and friable, therefore we send =
any sample into a membrane-box.
- Acfer 331 - 2.2g : one-side polished showing matrix & chondrules; =
other side fusion-crusted (25x16x1to5mm)
Euro 230.00...List Members' price : Euro 200.00

ACFER 328 - CV3 (W2-3 - S3) - TKW 180g
You should have a look at this nice CV3, displaying many CAIs and =
sharply defined chondrules in a dark brown matrix. Some slabs also show =
rare metal flakes.

This very rare type 5 Enstatite was found in Tenere Desert (Niger) in =
November 2001. Cut sections display some nice chondrules surrounded by =
very abundant metal flakes.
- Adrar Bous - 1.6g : one-side polished, showing mainly metal flakes =
(27x9x3mm)
Euro 160.00.....List Members' price : Euro 145.00

LIBYAN GLASS (IMPACTITE)
Libyan Glass is the most aesthetic type of impactite, coming from Egypt.
- Libyan Glass - 53.1g : nice fragment with air bubbles trapped =
(50x40x22mm)
Euro 120.00.....List Members' price : Euro 100.00

FULGURITE
Fulgurites are the result of thunder impacts on sand, forming sorts of =
sand accreted branches, with a canal in the middle (where the flash went =
through). They are very rare and very fragile. The ones we have come =
from Niger, and are absolutely gorgeous !
- Fulgurite - 100g : measuring 28cm in length
Euro 370.00.....List Member's price : Euro 300.00

We send your item(s) without any shipping charge for an order of Euro =
100.00 or more.
We like better payments by money orders or cashier checks in Euro. =
Eurocheques in Euro are also all right.
Payments in US$ will be changed from Euro amount at the exchange current =
rate.
Meteorites will be sent well protected with certificate of authenticity, =
packaging depending on the type and size.
