No, both the first and the second "ta"
rhyme with the "cu" of the word "cut".

As for the "hou" syllable, see Anne's double "OO".
A comparable sound would be the double-O in "loot"
or in "hoot", or "soot", etc.

... and a word for Anne's "ENE" would be "kerosene".
