I have referred several potential = collectors to the list, and they are very excited to learn of the = existence of the list but sometimes, they lose interest because after = weeks of waiting, they don't get approved. I just referred someone 5 = minutes ago, and I had to tell them that it may take weeks before they = are approved and to "hang in there."
