[meteorite-list] How flat a surface can form on a meteorite?

Sorry to ask such a simple question here, but I'm new to this, and going
through all of the pictures I can find to differentiate rights from
wrongs. This is on ebay now :

but puzzles me. It seems to have one side that is flat. Maybe it was
cut, but it looks like these is an intact crust. Would a meteorite have
such a defined surface to it?
