Dear Brad, Steve, Dave & all,
        Brad, surely even you might have seen this day
comming.
        A couple of years ago you left the only negative
feedback on eBay I have ever received. Why? Because
you offered a very large piece of Gobabeb (700g, as
I recall) when it first came out, stating in the eBay post
that you controled the entire weight of the fall and would
be selling it for $3.50/g retail. Minimum bid was $1/g, so,
I went for it. It looked GREAT & I knew I could make a little
cutting it and selling it at that price. THEN, after I had placed
my bid, you offered it to EVERYONE ON THIS LIST for
something like $1.65/g! (long BEFORE the auction closed)
(This later fact can be substantiated in the list archives).
        I emailed you MANY times before the auction closed.
 I asked for your phone number, I sent you my phone number - and you
stonewalled me.
        I told you I would NOT honor a bid placed under false
advertizing, as you had done. Even you have to know that at
$1/g for a mass, sold at $1.65 after cutting is a LOSS in
money. You advertized it would retail for $3.50. You had
control of the entire fall - and IMMEDIATELY broke your
word after I placed my bid. You then REFUSED to communicate.
THEN you threatened to sue me .... which made me laugh,
wondering who this little puppy trying to piss on my leg
was. So, you left negative feedback on eBay.
        Well, Brad, it seams I am not the only one you have
pulled your crap with. What goes around, comes around.
        By the way, "slander" is only when people make
public statements that are NOT TRUE ..... so, you would
have some dificulty pursuing such a course....but then,
everyone knows you are only barking......like a little
yappy dog. - Oh, and the others you have pissed on...
they may be like me - I have saved EVERY email between
us. I would be happy to let ANY judge or jury make a
ruling based on the cold hard facts. You, sir, have left
a trail a mile wide.....and it weren't bread crumbs.
        You cannot screw people repeatedly AND hope to
retain credability. Everyone makes a mistake now and
then, but you flat out try to take it to people. You must
have gone to a weird high school that that kind of crap
didn't get beat out of you when you were a teenager.....
        Start treating people fairly. Hold steady, and in a few
years you can rehabilitate your reputation. Having one of
your little tissy fits only puts an exclamation point on
your behavior.
