Yes, and Rick for your book the Chinese and others took it as an omen of
the fall of a dynasty. BTW check the which fall dates within China
and death dates of Mao-Tze Tung and Deng Hsiao Ping coincide within 5-7
days to a month , because the true death date was a state secret. The
death of an emperor/or dynasty was always foretold by a broom star or a
