Hello Michael and List,

As I think I have some background info with regard to this unpleasant
situation, I'd say the Bondoc specimen should go to the person who
placed his/her bid first. If the seller committed a blunder, he or she
should be held liable for all these inconveniences. My two (Euro-)cents!
