Observing from Saddle Back Buttes State Park.
The Leonids put on quite an impressive display. They were appearing to
the north, many
zipping through Ursa Major in the north east. Through Leo itself and
through Gemini, Orion, and
overhead too. Some appeared quite westerly too. Over a two hour period
we must have been
treated to a few hundred. No one kept official count, but it must have
been at least that many.
It was just great show. Now to see if all those photographs I took
turned out.

Hope everyone else had a good display too.
