Dictionary hill is a wonderful idea. As a result now there is prime
undeveloped land in the middle of a major city where there is mostly
concrete walls. I am surprised that some environmental group havent caught
on to the idea. You know, buy up some wetland that is home to some strange
animal such as frogs newts, birds or whatever, and then sell one square inch
of this property to tens of thousands of people and as a result of legal
ownership problems, the area cannot feisably ever be developed and so will
always be an undeveloped area for the animals and nature lovers.
Hell, why an environmental group. You could do that as a for profit
corporation (Which in reality is what the guys who owned and sold
dictionary hill was) and get the same land forever tied up as an
environmental haven.
