Well, I did a quick search and found some hits, a few which
you may have found. The first is a book from a Indo-Soviet symposium
a decade ago, http://www.vedamsbooks.com/no7061.htm.
2. U of Cal at Berkeley has a very nice site about both fossils and
evolution.
Their section on Cyanobacteria is at
http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/bacteria/cyanofr.html
3. Another look at modern stromatolites off the Bahamas is
at http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/mgg/sepm/palaios/9804/feldmann.HTML
4. A bibliographical listing of some papersand books on stromatolites
can be found at http://earth.ics.uci.edu/origins/biblio/stromatolites.html
5. A page of links can be found at
http://www.uni-muenster.de/GeoPalaeontologie/Palaeo/Palbot/seite1.html
6. Modern examples plus a look at precambrian life is at
http://www.lifeintheuniverse.com/stroma.html
Those are just a few. I found some 96 links, some duals, including
one to a biblical creation page. Hope this helps.
