Re: an uncomplicated question

Dear Frank,
With all due respect, Sir, simulations are merely accelerated, enhanced
forecasts based on information submitted by people who, by virtue of the
fact that they are creating a simulation, do not have the answers.
Therefore, is it not reasonable to allow that at least one faulty
assumption sneaked into the equation throwing the results completely
off. For example, suppose the 'planet that was the asteroid belt'
(let's call it planet utb - used to be) not only existed before Jupiter
and, however unlikely, was larger than Jupiter (as Neptune is to Pluto)
and that it too was composed largely of gases. Further suppose that the
destruction of this planet was the source, i.e. escaping gases, for the
T Tauri winds? Again, eliminating any gravitional influence from
Jupiter on the formation of a planet in this location? Regards, jj
