As someone who lives in Tucson, I'll add that many Tucson storage units are notoriously unsafe! I know of numerous thefts from storage units, and the storage facility owners will not even necessarily inform you after your unit has been burglarized. Especially for foreign dealers who only visit their storage units once a year during the show, and burglars can easily find out that the unit is not visited the rest of the year, I recommend doing whatever you can to find alternatives to a storage unit.
