[meteorite-list] Strewn field for Muskogee

The strewn field is now published for the Muskogee event.  This was created using the newest version of Jormungandr which is still in mid-validation, so I may update it.  Even if so it shouldn't change much.

Evidence suggests large meteorites fell near the airport, in the 100g range.
