Meteorite List Archives for [meteorite-list] Meteorite Picture of the DayHi guys! Hope you are all well. This meteor fell in my region, South East of Brazil, it was really bright and I watched it live. The attached footage was captured by a surveillance camera 15km from where I was at the time ( I was closer to were the meteor "fell") . I know the direction it fell but how to calculate the distance? Is that even possible? By the footage would be possible to determine if some of it actually hit the ground or was completely burnt? I've been dreaming about finding one meteorite for ages and this is the closest I will ever be I think!! My WhatsApp Number +5527997794460. I will very much appreciate any helpful information!! Many thanks!!
