Other lunar sample curation videos linked to this worth watchinhg...great to see the rock types in this and the last video I posted. So close in look to the felspathic breccias we have from the Lunar meteorites in our collections. Exciting to be touring the 1.3kg individual around during this Apollo anniversary year. Have it back from the Royal Society exhibiton now and it will be on exhibition for people to touch again next Tuesday 16th July at the National Space Centre, anniversary event for the launch of Apollo 11. Lectures there about the moon from Mahesh Anand <https://www.facebook.com/mahesh.anand?__tn__=%2CdK-R-R-R&eid=ARDiRu8Ooww0tpCLFTrEhgqVfJSflaEwllr_CdvLSEyKSqdbZuVjAj88aCLDyXyaPKLp3eOWuhLVevXQ&fref=mentions> and others all during the day. Hoping to be around too for any questions about this beautiful "ugly duckling" :-) You can't touch the Apollo samples but why not come along and see and touch a special piece of the moon.
