I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree---but what am I missing?

A pile of dirt or a rock that is half the size of my car will yield 3.3 Pounds
of $Really$ good stuff.

If it is so, It would have been named AREA 51.5 long ago.

They did an assay on the ore and the results look off the charts,
which brings up the question of why hasn't this already been mined if
true?:
