[meteorite-list] book about french meteorites / bad news

Pierre and Gaetan,

There are some online publishing sites where you can upload a PDF or
Word file of the book and have it printed in variety of formats and
sizes. I think this is what Captain Blood did to publish his book. I
used a site called Lulu to publish a book about 10 years ago, but I do
not know if that site is still extant.

Pierre, please consider publishing the book yourself - I think there
is a good bit of interest judging by the responses here on the List.
