Hi all,
        Sorry for the delays. I have no controle over Caf? Press shipping.
Aparently some have gotten their book within 3 days and others are well
Past 3 weeks!
        If you have waited more than 10 days, I suggest the following:

        Call them: (get on their case.... Ask for your shipping cost back,
{they could have sent it Priority Mail - 1 to 3 days - for what they
charge!} etc.). Anything past 10 days within the US is beyond acceptable.
