Yes, pretty cool! Well, then again I have to correct myself: 97 deg inclination
is sun-synchronous, and not really retrograde, so we may spot it visually always
at about the some season of the year, *IF* it is in such an orbit. Will look out
for the Two Line Orbital Elements, which will appear soon of may have appeared
already, even if this is a classified satellite...
